Summary
DescriptionSede Gobierno Santa Fe en Rosario.jpg
The local seat of the government of Santa Fe Province, Argentina, in the city of Rosario (the largest in the province, located in the south region). The main seat of government is at the capital, Santa Fe. This building was previously the headquarters of the police. Today it is shared by provincial offices and houses an inner memorial square dedicated to peace and to desaparecidos - victims of forced disappearance during the last military dictatorship (1976–1983), who were detained there.
In July 10th, 2006, the Provincial Museum of Natural Sciences was re-inaugurated here. The old building of this museum (located 150 meters away) was destroyed by fire in 2003.

Argentina has no "freedom of panorama" provision in its copyright law. At least some think there is de facto freedom of panorama in Argentina regarding buildings:
It is uncontroversially accepted that buildings can be reproduced by paintings or photographs, without this reproduction infringing copyright.
Se ha admitido pacificamente que los edificios puedan ser reproducidos mediante pinturas o fotografías, sin estimarse que esta reproducción lesione los derechos de autor.
