Español: El próximo 30 de noviembre se cumplen 35 años desde que se iniciara la actividad comercial en Mercamadrid, con la inauguración del Mercado Central de Pescados, al que se sumaría tres meses después el Mercado Central de Frutas y Hortalizas. Treinta y cinco años en los que se han ido incorporando y modernizando naves e instalaciones, así como innovando en los servicios prestados a los clientes, como la digitalización de los servicios, un nuevo sistema de gestión de residuos, o la iluminación LED del recinto con sistema de telegestión punto a punto. Todo, para convertirse en una de las Unidades Alimentarias más importantes del mundo, reconocida y estudiada en los cinco continentes. |
