Side corridors next to the niche. Side aisle & L. v. d. Niche. On d. inn. Wall a '(L.) was a magnificent picture (Fig. 355), the Brâhmana Drona with a' large metal vessel in hand, distributing the Buddha's relics to eight kings, four of them for his R., four for his L. sit. They hold reliquary containers in their hands, wear magnificent crowns and rich jewelry. Trees served as the background for the group.
