Summary

Description

English: 3D computer rendering of a mooring bollard with two ropes correctly attached to the bollard, and a third being attached, also in the correct manner; Up through the loop of all other ropes before the new rope is strung around the bollard. The advantage to this is that any attached rope can be freed without having to remove any of the other ropes first.

Nederlands: Een 3D-computerrendering van een meerpaal waarop reeds twee meertouwen correct zijn gelegd (oker en groen), en waaraan een derde op correcte wijze wordt toegevoegd (blauw.) Een bijkomende lus wordt steeds, van onder naar boven, door de al aangebrachte lus(sen) gestoken, en dan pas om de meerpaal gelegd. Het voordeel hiervan is, dat elke lus kan worden losgenomen ook als de andere lussen strak gespannen staan.
