Bahasa Indonesia: Umat Budha mengikuti prosesi Meditasi dan Candle Light yakni penyalaan lilin adalah salah satu persembahan kepada Buddha yang melambangkan penerangan dengan segala ketulusan hati, penuh hormat dan bakti. Sama seperti saat ada satu orang menyalakan sebatang lilin, lalu ada banyak orang ikut menyalakan lilin dari api lilin itu. Jika demikian, tempat yang gelap akan berubah menjadi terang. Acara Candle Light Ceremony diawali dengan proses meditasi sebagai bentuk latihan untuk memusatkan dan menjernihkan pikiran. Meditasi adalah praktik yang melibatkan pelepasan pikiran dari semua hal yang menarik, membebani, maupun mencemaskan dalam hidup kita sehari-hari. |
