Nederlands: Voormalige maalderij met winkel (gebouwd in 1925) aan de Gelkinkweg 3 te De Heurne, NL.

De maalderij zelf is in 1925 gebouwd. Niet veel later is links van de maalderij een winkeltje annex bakkerij neergezet. Weer wat later zijn beide gebouwen d.m.v. het tussenstuk aan elkaar verbonden.
Het zijn wel altijd separate ruimtes geweest. Zo rond 1970 is de maalderij gesloten en rond 1980 heeft de winkel de deuren dicht gedaan.
Daarna heeft het lang leeggestaan en is er geen tot weinig onderhoud op uitgevoerd.

In 1999 is het pand een rijksmonument geworden en om het pand te behouden, mocht het omgebouwd worden tot woonhuis.
