Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	The file will be used as part of the gallery with the other logos (crests) the football club in question has used throughout its history. This specific file represents one of the two logos that are currently missing in the article - the one for the period from 1923 to 1944 (this one) and another one from 1998 to 2006.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	As this is a logo of a legal organization (a football club), a free illustration of it cannot be created.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The gallery with the historic logos of PFC Levski is present only in the club's article; there is no other place for it.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This logo has been abandoned long time ago, and there are other logos of the same club currently published in Commons. Also, it will serve only for encyclopedic purposes.
