English: The relatively new anthracite furnace at Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site on the NRHP since October 15, 1966. About 5 miles (8.0 km) south of Birdsboro in Union Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania and extends into Chester County. This furnace only operated a few years new the end of the furnace complexes lifetime.
