This work was first published in Laos and is now in the public domain because its copyright protection has expired by virtue of the Intellectual Property Laws No. 08/NA of December 24, 2007 (details). The work meets one of the following criteria:

It is an anonymous work or pseudonymous work and 50 years have passed since the year of its publication
It is a work created by an organization and 50 years have passed since the date of its creation (or publication, whatever date is the latest)
It is a cinematographic work or a sound recording and 25 years have passed since the year of its publication
It is another kind of work, and 50 years have passed since the year of death of the author (or last-surviving author)
It is "any juristic acts, administrative rules, judicial documents and official translations"
