Summary
DescriptionCourcelles pc 1854 jms.png
English: Paris' place Pereire in 1854.
Centre top: The just-constructed 'Courcelles' Paris-Auteuil (Petitie Ceinture) train station over the trench holding the rails and quays it serves, isolated in the countryside just to the inside of Paris' fortification defences.
The station would later be renamed 'Courcelles-Levallois' upon the opening of the nearby chemin de fer de Ceinture 'Courcelles-Ceinture' passenger station in 1869.
Mid-scene: the seemingly yet un-paved soon-to-be Boulevard Pereire.
