English: The machine known as a Scabbler operates by pounding a number of rods, tipped with steel or carbide, down on the concrete surface in rapid succession. The purpose being to remove a layer from the surface in preparation for further work, such as resurfacing, and tests. Shot on a Nokia N95 phone camera. Prepared using Clesh video editing software.
