Ferraris map
The Ferraris map is of the Austrian Netherlands. It was created between 1770 and 1778 by the count Joseph de Ferraris. The map includes 275 sheets, which have all been digitised with the help of the National Geographic Institute. It is a military document made in three copies and whose original scale was 1/11 520. The map is entirely hand drawn and was created from topological surveys. The details in this image can be found on: sheet 81 "Charlorio".
