English: The DNA is etracted from Banana fruit using few steps which are mashing, filtration, precipitation, and extraction. Mashing process were done to add larger surface are so the extraction can be done easily. Liquid soap was added to break down the cell membrane. The cold alcohol (precipitation) were then mixed to extract those DNA. In the end, the DNA strands for banana can be seen with naked eyes.
