English: Category II house at 52 Longfellow Street, Sydenham, Christchurch. As described in the Christchurch City Council Heritage Assessment[1][2], this is a former Workers’ Dwellings Act exhibition house constructed for the 1906-07 New Zealand International Exhibition in Hagley Park and later shifted to its present location.
