| Description |
The EF Falcon was built from Aug 1994- Aug 1996. Still on a similar platform, the EF looked significantly different to the old ED, it got a more rounded look, all body panels were changed except the doors. Oddly, the GLi and Futura didn't really have the traditional grille at the front, the only air intake was below the bumper. However, the Fairmont and Fairmont Ghia did have a grille above the bumper but it was only fake. The XR models kept their trademark quad-headlight design, but again like the GLi, no grille. Again the Futura got body coloured mirrors, ABS and cruise. The engines and suspension in the XR range was again improved by Tickford. Engines; 4.0 6 and 5.0 V8 Sedan; GLi, Futura, Fairmont, Fairmont Ghia, XR6 or XR8 Wagon; GLi, Futura or Fairmont. The Classic option pack gave you air and alloys The 1995 EFII got better suspension |
