Eshaqabad Rural District (Persian: دهستان اسحق آباد) is in Eshaqabad District of Zeberkhan County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[3] It is administered from the city of Eshaqabad.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Zeberkhan District of Nishapur County) was 10,110 in 2,618 households.[5] There were 10,623 inhabitants in 3,178 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 11,234 in 3,437 households. The most populous of its 67 villages was Eshaqabad (now a city),[7] with 417 people.[2]

After the census, Zeberkhan District was separated from Nishapur County in the establishment of Zeberkhan County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Qadamgah as its capital and only city.[3] The village of Eshaqabad has been elevated to the status of a city.[7]
