VOP CZ s.p. (VOP CZ[1]) is a Czech state-owned enterprise that focuses on military technology and development, as well as engineering production. The company has its own development center with projects that are used in the army, security forces and in the civilian sector. The company specializes and mainly deals with repairs and modernization of military equipment, service in the field of defense and security.Own research and development is followed by the modernization and production of military equipment and the production of civilian products.

The company is an integrator of military orders for a key customer, the Army of the Czech Republic.

The business is currently located at two locations. The main part is located in Šenov near Nový Jičín, another part of the company is in nearby Bludovice.
