The Thanksgiving eggroll was invented by Anthony Tornetta of Eagleville Pennsylvania in March 2014. The idea came to light in 2013 during The Thanksgiving holiday when there were too many leftovers.
a Thanksgiving egg roll consist of your basic thanksgiving side dishes like corn, mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, and cranberry sauce. You then take those ingredients and put them into an eggroll wrapper and deep fry until golden brown. There is no patents or trademark for this dish, and it’s free for anybody to make and claim as their own.
