Spaced Ventures.[1] is a fundraising platform dedicated to the Space industry. Both accredited and non-accredited can invest in Space companies[2]. The platform is an SEC registered and FINRA regulated.

History

In 2019 Spaced Ventures was founded by Joseph Brant Arseneau and Aaron Burnett. The founders raised seed capital in 2020 to fund the technology.[3] The initial[4] Spaced Venture platform was primarily focus on real investors -- both accredited and non-accredited -- combining forces, with over 35 years of experience in Capital markets and over 15 years in Marketing[5][6]. The platform reached 15,000 users in its first year of opperations and raised for nearly 10 space companies[7][8]. Spaced Ventures' first exit was in 2023 with the purchase of Exp-Space by Sidus[9].

Products

Fundraising

Spaced Ventures is an online service which allows individual investors to crowdfund startup companies.[10][11] Spaced Ventures uses a provision in the 2012 JOBS Act which allows unaccredited investors to purchase equity in early stage private companies[5][12][13][14]

Equity Research

Spaced Ventures launched its Equity research service in September of 2023. The objective was to provide independent deep dive investment guide on space companies. To date two reports have been released and include SpaceX and Relativity Space.
