Ruben Sim vs David Baszucki

Ruben Sim and David Baszucki used to have a connection but in the late 2010s their connections and affiliation began to collapse by 2016s and 2020s which eventually led Ruben Sim's video visiting the Roblox Headquarters being taken down due to copyright.[6]

Criticism against the Roblox team

On April 21, 2015 Simon uploaded a video after a five-year lack of uploads titled "David Baszucki gives us a tour of ROBLOX HQ" which was Simon's first YouTube video about Roblox, the video was a satirical criticism of Roblox's moderation, as of November 2021 the YouTube video had received over 400,000 views.[7]

On January 24th, 2016 Simon uploaded a YouTube video titled "The Beautiful Community of Phantom Forces" Phantom Forces is a Roblox game based on Call Of Duty, a game known for it's toxic (hateful) community. Controversy

He gained controversy because of apparently causing a 'cybermob'[13] on the platform which terrorized children by their perspective of view on the events. In 2021, Ruben Sim was legally banned by the United States court and sued for 1.6 million USD which caused tons of controversy upon the amount of cash, and the testimony and the response of the Roblox Corporation was that "Ruben Sim was terrorizing children and it's employees and plotting a cybermob" which the Roblox employees faced even more attacks from the public because of the trial.[14][15][16]

He also gained controversy for supporting Taiwan and creating a Tiananmen Square massacre memorial on the platform and inviting a user from the People's Republic[17] to Roblox and promoting a anti-Communist sentiment according to sources and pro-Chinese viewers.[4]

He was falsely accused of being a Nazi sympathizer on Reddit and many social media platforms and falsely accused of plotting many other controversies.[18]
