This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of music-related topics). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

- Comment: This was previously declined for insufficient inline citations. It was resubmitted without any improvement, and then several citations were removed. How is that an improvement, let alone addressing the earlier decline reason? DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:50, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: As pointed out by McMatter almost 3 months ago, please see WP:REFBOMB and fix the over citing of sources. Furthermore, remove all YouTube sources as they're not reliable. ❯❯❯ Raydann(Talk) 19:19, 25 June 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: Could be notable, most reviewers will run with the amount of Ref Bombing going on. Take some time and limit the references supporting any information down to 1 if possible. At no point should there be more then 2 references support any single piece of information. McMatter (talk)/(contrib) 18:55, 3 April 2023 (UTC)

Juli Chan, actually Julia Chmielarska (born March 30, 2004 in Kraśnik) is a Polish singer, songwriter and composer performing pop music.
Early life
In her youth, she competed in local, national, and international music competitions, garnering a number of awards and distinctions.[1] She is a finalist of the 38th International Children's Song and Dance Festival in Konin in 2016,[2] a winner of the first place in the 22nd International Festival of Art for Children and Youth "My XXI Century" in Bulgaria in 2014[3], a representative of Poland and a winner of an individual special prize at the International Festival of Singers Euro Stars in Malta[4] in 2015.
Career
She participated in the national qualifying rounds for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2016 with the song "On the wings of days".[5] She competed in the second season of The Voice Kids in 2019[6] She released her debut single "Nice to meet you" on December 31, 2020[7]
Beginning in December 2020, she uses the artistic pseudonym Juli Chan, a combination of her diminutive given name and a Japanese honorifics.[8] She performed a cover of Ariana Grande's "Bad idea"[9] in December 2020 and portrayed Grande's character in the music video.[10] She acknowledged that recording the cover was a tribute to her musical inspiration and mentor.[7] The next song "I will disappear with you" was written and composed by Cleo for her and released on March 5, 2021[11].
She recorded a cover of "Joe le taxi" by Vanessa Paradis in September 2021.[12] It reached third place on the charts of the French radio station RTS FM with the song. The song was also played on over thirty additional French radio stations[13].
She released her first English single on June 24, 2022, titled "Not a Crime", which she co-wrote.[14] She appeared in the music video for the song alongside the actor Konrad Pondo, for which she also co-wrote the script.[15] The music video for "Not a Crime" was inspired by the immortal game - a 1851 London chess match.[16]
In January 2023, she submitted the song "Relapse" to the Poland National Selections for Eurovision Song Contest 2023, but it did not make the final list.[17] On 3 February 2023, Warner Music Poland[18] released her single "Log out" featuring Cleo.[19]
