GeaCron is an Internet-based cartographical association and resource focusing on Historical Cartography.[1] GeaCron was founded in 2011 by Luis Múzquiz.[2]
GeaCron is available in seven languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Italian and German.[3] GeaCron is made with collaboration with Rey Juan Carlos University.[4]

The website can display maps up to 3000 BCE but as of April 4 2024 the most up to date map is in 2022.[5] The majority of the traffic to GeaCron's website comes from Turkey, Spain, USA, UK, Russia and South Korea[6]
