Ettamogah Rail Hub, founded in 2009 as a freight fording facility, is located about 10ks north from Albury, with direct access to the Melb-Syd Train line & Hume Highway; they also have there own fleet of locomotives. Ettamogah Rail Hub opened in 2009 as a "New approach" to how freight gets forded around the country.
