A.L.I. Technologies is a manufacturer of hovering motorbikes in Japan. In 2023 it planned to list on the Nasdaq market in the U.S.[1][2] Pono Capital acquired it in February 2023.[3]

The company began as a drone manufacturer in 2016.[4]
