Dowlatabad (Persian: دولتاباد), also Romanized as Dowlatābād; also known as Daūlatābād,^[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Dowlatabad Rural District^[4] of the Central District of Ravansar County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 398 in 104 households.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 353 people in 105 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 326 people in 103 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.^[2]
