Dizaj (Persian: ديزج, also Romanized as Dīzaj and Dīzej; also known as Deh-e Sīq, Deh-i-Siq, Deh Sīb, and Dezej)^[3] is a village in Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Shahrud County, Semnan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,879 in 554 households.^[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,739 people in 561 households.^[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,838 people in 607 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.^[2]
