Deh-e Khamr (Persian: ده خمر, also Romanized as Deh Khamr; also known as Khammar and Khamr)[3] is a village in Dust Mohammad Rural District of the Central District of Hirmand County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,030 in 207 households, when it was in the former Miyan Kongi District of Zabol County.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,261 people in 275 households,[5] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Hirmand County.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,119 people in 260 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
