Cheznovice is a municipality and village in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 700 inhabitants.
Cheznovice lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of Rokycany, 30 km (19 mi) east of Plzeň, and 58 km (36 mi) south-west of Prague.
