Chah Ghiyas (Persian: چاه غياث) is a village in Dokuheh Rural District of Seh Qaleh District, Sarayan County, South Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 418 in 78 households.^[3] The following census in 2011 counted 288 people in 70 households.^[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 321 people in 75 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.^[2]
