@Ajacraig2011: Since you created this category, do you think you could possibly add a description at the top of it so that people know what the scope of "1990s American black cartoons" is? Does that mean cartoons featuring black characters in the lead(s)? Does it mean cartoons produced by black-owned companies, or made by black directors? Thank you.
