This category is for people for whom a major claim to fame involves being a supporter/fan/hooligan of an association football team, or a spectator at one or more football matches/tournaments. This must be a defining characteristic of the person, and does not include any person in general who is a football supporter or attended a football match. The category is also not for professional sportswriters, broadcasters, coaches, etc.
