Anjirab Rural District (Persian: دهستان انجيرآب) is in the Central District of Gorgan County,^[3] Golestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Zangian.^[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 22,305 in 5,561 households.^[5] There were 27,955 inhabitants in 6,881 households at the following census of 2011.^[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 26,959 in 7,376 households. The most populous of its 17 villages was Mohammadabad, with 5,192 people.^[2]
