Amanab Rural LLG is a local-level government (LLG) of Sandaun Province, Papua New Guinea.[1][2] It is located along the border with Keerom Regency, Papua Province, Indonesia.

Kwomtari languages and Senagi languages are spoken in Amanab Rural LLG.
