The 2024 Washington Public Lands Commissioner election will be held on November 5, 2024. The top-two primary will be held on August 6.

Incumbent Public Lands Commissioner Hillary Franz, elected in 2016 and reelected in 2020, is not seeking re-election to a third term in office. She initially chose to run for governor, later dropping out of that race to instead run for U.S. House.[1]

Primary elections will take place on August 6, 2024.[2]
